William Henderson

William Bert Henderson, 72, of Scio, Ohio, died Thursday, June 14, 2012 at the Veteran Administration Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA. He was born July 25, 1939 in Scio, a son of the late Stuart and Katherine Sherlock Henderson. Bill was a lifelong farmer and was a Veteran of the US Army and a member of the Scio American Legion. Surviving are a son, Doug (Kari) Henderson of Scio; two grandchildren, Doug, II and Katherine Henderson; two sisters, Barb (Jerry) Besozzi, Marsha Henderson; a brother, Stuart Henderson, all of Scio; nephew and nieces, Mike, Peggy and Vickey; several grand nieces and grand nephews and a special friend, Carol Stevens of Cadiz. Friends may call Monday, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz. Service will be held Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. at Pleasant Valley United Methodist Church, at Tappan Lake with Rev.
