Virginia Bailey

Virginia Bailey, 72, of Jewett, Ohio, died Friday March 18, 2005 at her home. She was born May 8, 1932 in Harrison County, Ohio, a daughter of the late Carl Raymond and Mildred DeWalt Bolitho. She was a member of Hanover United Methodist Church, it's United Methodist Women's organization, and was a retired cook from the Harrison County Home. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur A. Bailey in 1996; and by two sisters, Ellen Ross and Martha Boone. Surviving are three sons, Daniel of Scio, Alan of Ft. Worth, TX, and Jonathan of Jewett; a daughter, Dianna Parrish of Jewett; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two brothers, Carl Bolitho of Uhrichsville and John William Bolitho of Scio; eight sisters, Delores Ross, Janet McAfee, Audrey Birney and Kay Eddy, all of Jewett, Maxine Norris of Zanesville, Carol DeWalt of Scio, Jane Coffield of Georgia, and Norma Cagot of Hopedale. Friends may call Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz, where funeral services will be held Monday, March 21, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Bruce Zimmerman officiating.
