Terry W. Gilmore, 60, of Cadiz, died Friday at his home following a long illness. He was born May 13, 1946 in Martins Ferry, Ohio, a son of the late Henry E. And Lucille Moore Gilmore. He was a former employee of the Scio Pottery Co., attended the Word of Truth Ministries, and was a veteran of the Army Reserve during the Viet Nam Era. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Gilmore. Surviving are his wife, Louise VanFossen Gilmore; two daughters, Alice Myers of Scio and Kathleen Ward of Alliance; two step-sons, Keith McCleary of Smithfield and William McCleary of Morristown; six grandchildren; two brothers, John Gilmore of Cadiz and Edward Gilmore of Scio; two sisters, Mary Miser of Cadiz and Brenda Sherk of Ashland; a sister-in-law, Barb Gilmore of Cadiz; and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call Sunday, 6-8 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz, where funeral services will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Ted Davis officiating.
