Susie Conrad

Susie J. Conrad, 77, of Cadiz, Ohio, formerly of Jewett, Ohio, died Tuesday, March 26, 2002 at Trinity Medical Center, West, Steubenville, Ohio. She was born September 18, 1924 in Marshallville, Ohio, a daughter of the late, Greely Dustin and Martha Elizabeth Petty Findling. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Cadiz, where she has served on the Board of Deacons and the Board of Stewardesses. She is a former member of the Cadiz American Legion Auxilliary. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a her first husband, Albert Rocchi; a brother Walter (Pete) Findling and a sister, Julia Byers. Surviving are her husband, Iris Conrad; 2 sons, James Rocchi of Cadiz and Terry Conrad of Manchester, MA; 3 daughters, Karen Conrad of Cadiz, Amy Levine of Westerville and Lori Labuhn of Plain City; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; 1 brother, Ralph Findling and 2 sisters, Evelyn Wilson, both of Cadiz, and Sally Myers of Weirton, WV. Friends may call Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz. Funeral Services will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. at the Presbyterian Church of Cadiz, 154 West Market St., Cadiz, Ohio 43907, with Rev. William Hudson officiating. Burial will be in Cadiz Union Cemetery. The family requests memorial contributions be made to the church.
