Stanley Ludwig, 80, of Cadiz, died Friday at his home. He was born December 8, 1928 in Martins Ferry, Ohio , a son of the late Joe and Rose Sikora Ludwig. Stanley was the retired Farm Project Manager for Hanna Coal Co., and was the retired owner and operator of Ludwig�s Caged Eggs and Ludwig�s Mobile Home Park in Cadiz. He drove a school bus for Cadiz Exempted Village Schools for twenty one years and was a member of the Bridgeport FOE. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Vicky Morel Ludwig; an infant daughter, Angel Ludwig; three brothers, Joe, John and Walter Ludwig; and a sister, Mary Kowalczyk. Surviving are a son, Larry (Becky) Ludwig of Cadiz; two daughters, Sharon (Ken) Pullen of Akron and Patty (Rodney) Chaney of Amherst; five grandchildren, Chris (Erin) Pullen of Canton, Mark Pullen of Akron, Tonia (Lance) Seaburn of Lorain, Lauren Ludwig of Dover and Brandon Ludwig of Cadiz; three great grandchildren, Riley and T.J. Pullen of Canton and Ryan Seaburn of Lorain; a brother, Frank Ludwig of St. Clairsville; four sisters, Helen Klan and Muzzie Yantz, both of Maynard, Lizzy Cavender of St. Clairsville and Alice Lachendro of Adena; and his beloved dog, Missy. Friends may call Sunday, 5-8 p.m. and Monday from 10 until time of service at 11 a.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz. Lauren Ludwig and Rev. R.J. Leek will officiate. Burial will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or Valley Hospice.
