Sophia Truskolaski

Sophia ''Pat'' Truskolaski, 90, of Lancaster, Ohio, formerly of Cadiz, Ohio, died Friday, September 12, 2003 at her home in Lancaster. She was born February 18, 1913 in Cokeburg, PA, a daughter of the late Joseph and Ann Illuv. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Cadiz. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alex J. Truskolaski in 1992, and by a brother and four sisters. Surviving are twin sons, Rick Truskolaski of Houston, TX and Ron Truskolaski of Hendersonville, NC; a daughter, Donna Truskolaski of Denver, CO; three granddaughters; and one great grandson. A private service was held at the convenience of the family at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz, Ohio, with Rev. William Hudson officiating.
