Shelbie Mansfield

Shelbie Jean Mansfield, 47, of Cadiz, died Thursday, February 13, 2014 at Harrison Community Hospital. She was born July 21, 1966 in Steubenville, a daughter of Shelby Burch Wilson of Cadiz and the late Murrel Dean Wilson. Shelbie was a homemaker and was an avid Steelers fan. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Scott "Bonsey" Mansfield. Surviving, in addition to her mother, are her husband, Richard Mansfield; a son Joey Hodges of Cadiz; two daughters, Terri Lynn Merrit (Bruce) of Toronto and Virginia "Jenny" Hodges (DaDa Blanchard) of Steubenville; five grandchildren: Skyler, Randy, Lucas, Kyra and Daisy Mae; a sister, Deanna Bernard of Cadiz; and three step-children, Jacob O'Hara, and Brittany Mansfield, both of Cadiz; and Shelby Mansfield of Weirton. Friends may call Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz. Rev. Kirt Denney will officiate. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Hopedale.
