Sandra Frashure McFadden

Sandra Frashure McFadden, 87, of Cookeville, Tennessee was born to the late Carson and Irene Frashure in Harrisville, Ohio. Sandra was retired from Crooked Creek Marina, which she and her husband Art operated for over 20 years.

Sandra was a member of the Baxter United Methodist Church in Baxter, Tennessee. She enjoyed singing in the choir. She volunteered at the Cookeville Hospital for over 20 years. 

Sandra had many hobbies including quilting, camping, gardening and taking pictures. She was a member of the Women’s Club at the Baxer United Methodist Church.

Sandra was preceded in death in addition  to  her parents, by four siblings: Shirley, Carol Jones, Keith and Monte.

She is survived by her husband, Arthur McFadden of Cookeville, Tennessee; stepson, Lance of Delrey Beach, Florida; a granddaughter of Miami, Florida and her youngest sister Myrna (Jim) Keyser of Cadiz, Ohio. 

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at St. James A.M.E. Church, 300 East Market Street, Cadiz with Rev. Pete Tuchek officiating. Burial will take place at Cadiz Union Cemetery.
