Sally Lou Torchik, 72, of Cadiz, died Sunday, October 11, 2015 at the Gables Care Center in Hopedale. She was born February 2, 1943 in Cadiz, Ohio, a daughter of the late James Adam and Margaret Richards Stark. Sally was the owner and operator of the Sun Shack Tanning and Toning Salon in Cadiz, and was formerly an insurance secretary and a store clerk. She was a member of the Cadiz EMS and attended the First Church of Christ in Hopedale. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Belva and an infant grandson. Surviving are her husband, Michael Torchik; three sons, Scott (Elisha) Torchik of New Philadelphia, Jay (Jill) Turchik of West Virginia and Kenneth (Michelle) Torchik of New Philadelphia; five grandchildren, Evvan and Bryson Torchik of New Philadelphia, Heather (Randy) Baker of Carrollton, Jay Turchik, Jr. of West Virginia, and Ashely Torchik of Carrollton; a great grandson, Braelin Baker of Carrollton; three brothers, Ronnie (Gail) Stark of Mansfield, Jim Bill (Goldie) Stark of Cadiz, and Lannie "Ed" (Vickie) Stark of Jewett; and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call Wednesday, November 4 from 12:00 p.m. until time of services at 1:00 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home. Dean Blythe will officiate. Interment will be in Bethel Church Cemetery.
