Ross Heavilin

Ross V. Heavilin, 74, Cadiz, died Monday, July 29, at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville, Ohio. Ross was born September 29, 1927 in Harrison County, a son of the late Vincent F. and Martha Ross Heavilin. Ross was a lifelong farmer and was a member of the Harrison County Farm Bureau, and Asbury Chapel of the United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Martha Wehrs Heavilin and a sister, Oma Jean Heavilin of Louisville, Ohio. Calling hours are Wednesday from 6-9 at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, where services will be held Thursday at 1:00 p.m., with Rev. William Hibbs officiating. Burial follows and Hines Cemetery, Cadiz. Memorial Contributions may be made to Harrison Community Hospital Auxillary, 951 East Market Street, Cadiz, Ohio 43907.
