Ronald Floyd Rogers, 55, of Wheeling, formerly of Cadiz and New Athens, died Friday at Liza's Place, Valley Hospice, Wheeling. He was born October 19, 1956 in Canton, OH, a son of Jerry and Gertrude Keyser Rogers of Cadiz. Ron was a former Coal Miner, Roofer, and Truck Driver. He was a Veteran of the Marine Corps and was an avid fan of the Cleveland Browns. He was a Methodist by faith. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a son, Brian Rogers; two brothers, his twin Donald (Debi) Rogers, all of Cadiz and Joseph (Sheri) Rogers of Harrisville; a sister, Vietta (Jim) Ostojich of Cadiz; a foster brother, Joe (Karen) Kellaway of Grafton, WV; a niece; two nephews; several grand nieces; grand nephews; aunts uncles and cousins. Friends may call Monday, 6-9 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz, where funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Jon Little officiating.
