Ronald Hamilton

Ronald Edward Hamilton, 56, of Cadiz, formerly of Jewett, died Monday, June 28, 2010 at Palliative Care Unit, Valley Hospice, Steubenville, Ohio. Ron was born January 14, 1954 in Martins Ferry, Ohio a son of Naomi Jamison Booth and the late Charles E. Hamilton. Ron was a veteran having served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam, and a former employee of Ferguson Plumbing and Aero Canvass both in Cincinnati; and a Methodist by faith. Ron is survived by his mother and step-father Naomi and John Booth of Massillon; his step-mother, Ila Hamilton of Cadiz; a brother, Major Ken Hamilton of Galloway; 3 sisters: Sue and her husband Kelly Harriman of Jewett, Deb Mellinger of Waynesburg, and Lori Hamilton of Jewett; several nieces and nephews; a daughter, Ronda and her husband Jeff Arbuckle of Scio and 2 grandchildren: Matthew and Brady. Calling hours will be held Thursday from 6-8 and Friday from 11 until time of service at 1:00 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz. Rev. Tom Bullard will officiate.
