Robert Kidder

Robert E. Kidder, 71, of Cadiz, died Sunday, September 12, 2010 at the Convalerium of Dublin, Ohio. He was born March 30, 1939 in Cadiz, a son of the late Orran R. and Anna McFadden Kidder. Bob was a retired member of IBEW Local 246 in Steubenville, Ohio. He was an avid supporter of the Cadiz Booster Club and was a member of Harrison Lodge 219, F. & A.M. and the Scottish Rite, Valley of Steubenville. Surviving are his wife, Jan Bryan Kidder; two sons, Charles (Lorrie) Kidder and Bradley Kidder, all of Dublin; a daughter, Michelle Kidder Duncan of Heath; five grandchildren; a brother, Larry (Becky) Kidder of Cadiz and a sister, Lois (Edward) Ristau of Lancaster. Friends may call Thursday, 1-3 and 5-9 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, 172 S. Main St., Cadiz, Ohio. Funeral services will be held Friday, September 17, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at The Presbyterian Church of Cadiz, 154 W. Market St., Cadiz, OH with Rev. R.J. Leek officiating. Burial will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove. Masonic services will be held Thursday at 6:30 p.m. in the funeral home.
