Robert Golsby

Robert James Golsby, 44, of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, formerly of Cadiz, Ohio, died Saturday, June 9, 2012 at his home in Elizabethtown. He was born February 11, 1968 in Wheeling, WV, a son of Robert Hunter and Barbara Holloway. Robert was a member of St. James A.M.E. Church in Cadiz. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army and was a gifted athlete at Cadiz High School in Football and Track. He was a Welder by profession. Surviving are his adoptive mother, Phyllis Golsby of Cadiz; his girlfriend, Margaret Mullix of Elizabethtown; four sisters, Melissa, Theresa, Rachel and Sylvia and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by a sister, Audra. Friends may call Monday, June 18, 2012 from Noon until time of service at 1:00 p.m. at St. James A.M.E. Church, 300 East Market St., Cadiz, Ohio. Rev.
