Reva Swayne

Reva M. Swayne, 83 of Parlett, died Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, Ohio. She was born October 15, 1932 in Waterford, Ohio a daughter of the late Cecil and Laura Allison Ellis. She worked at the former Cadiz Convalescent Center, Phoenix Pastry and did private home care. She was preceded in death in addition to her parents; by her husband, John Swayne; brothers and sisters: Charles (Evelyn) Quimby, Raymond (Dorothy) Quimby, Othel (Ruth) Quimby, Ella Lou (Ed) Pabst, Cleda (Alec) Stiers and Lena (Floyd) Fisher. She is survived by a son, Rick (Gale Zook of Jewett) Swayne of Parlett; 3 daughters: Carla (Donald) Thomas of Hopedale, Brenda (Woody) Bishop of Adena and Jane (Jimmy) Davia of Unionvale; 6 grandchildren: Joe and Ricky Thomas, Billy and Justin Davia and JJ and Tiffany Stillwagon; 11 great grandchildren: Dominic and Juliana Stillwagon, Logan and Matthew Bishop, Laken Stillwagon, Lillian, Lucas, Landen and Laya Thomas , Kali and Kadin Carter; a brother, Howard (Rosemary) Ellis of Beverly, Ohio ; a sister, Helen (Robert) Luke of Parkersburg, WV and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Sunday, June 5 from 2-6 and again on Monday from 11:00 until time of funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz with Pastor John Bishop officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Hopedale, Ohio. The memorial guestbook may be signed at www.clark-kirkland.com.
