Ralph L. Galliher, 92, of Jewett, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2024, at Carroll Health Care Center. Ralph was born April 8, 1932, in Ashland, Kentucky, a son of the late Walter C. and Mary E. Galliher.
Ralph worked as an Iron Worker and was a proud member of the Iron Workers Union #550 out of Canton, Ohio. His favorite pastimes were metal detecting, fishing, and telling stories of his travels.
He was preceded in death addition to his parents, by his wife Norma J. Conley Galliher and a son, Bruce Galliher.
Surviving are his children: Richard “Rick” Galliher of Jewett, Linda (Roger) Warner of Bowerston and Donna (Chuck) Hoobler of Carrollton; grandchildren, Tanya (Jim) Moore, Jeremiah (Jennifer) Warner, Nathan (Weslee) Warner, Stacey (Jon) Chapman, Brandon (Desiree) Smith, Danielle (Nate) Bowersock, Mitchell (Kaylee) Galliher, and Megan (Jerry) Jones; 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 PM at Clark-Kirkland-Barr Funeral Home in Cadiz, with Paul Giffin officiating. Burial will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, Ohio.
