Paul Tarbert

Paul Eugene ''Gene'' Tarbert, 76, of Cadiz, formerly of Moorefield, died Sunday, June 22, 2003 at the Harrison County Home, Cadiz. He was born March 5, 1927 in Moorefield Twp., Harrison County, Ohio, a son of the late Francis Wayne and Mary Sproull Tarbert. He was a former employee of the former Hillcrest Dairy in Cadiz, the Freeport Press in Freeport, and a former printer for the Canton Repository. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Nelson Tarbert and by a brother, Harold C. Tarbert. Surviving are two daughters, Jan Allison Wilson and her husband, Terry of Caldwell, Ohio, and Tracey Arden and her husband, James of Coshocton, Ohio; a son, Nelson Allen ''Chappie'' Tarbert of Coshocton, Ohio; 4 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; 3 sisters, Marilyn Swelbar and Janet Adrian, both of Cadiz; and Carolyn Karr and her husband, John of Massillon, Ohio. Friends may call Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9 at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, 172 S. Main St., Cadiz, Ohio, where Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, June 25, 2003 at 1:00 p.m., with Rev.
