Olive Roiene ''Peg'' Wilson, 87, of Canton, formerly of Jewett, died Monday, Dec. 1, 2003 at Manor Care Nursing Home in Canton. She was born July 18, 1916 in Jewett, a daughter of the late John Roy and Mary Edith Gruber Gotschall. She was a member of the Annapolis Presbyterian Church, the Unionport Chapter 360, Order of the Eastern Star and the Harrison County Grange. She is a retired Seamstress from the Hub in Steubenville. In addtion to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Carl (Skeet) Wilson; and three brothers, Bill, Charles and Floyd Gotschall. Surviving are two daughters, Shirley Myers of Canton and Nickey Fondriest and her husband, Daryl of Florida; three grandsons, Jim and Richard Myers and William Fondriest; and two great granddaughters, Jennifer and Amanda Myers. Friends may call Friday from 1:00 p.m. until time of Service at 2:00 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, 172 S. Main St., Cadiz, Ohio. Rev. Robert Shearer will officiate. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Jewett. The Memorial Guest Book may be signed at www.clark-kirkland.com.
