Norma G. Raynard, 82, of Cleveland, formerly of Cadiz, died Thursday, October 23, 2008 at University Hospital in Cleveland. She was born July 14, 1926 in New Straitsville, OH, a daughter of the late Morris B. and Goldie Farms Dishon. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, George A. Raynard in 1980 and by a brother, Morris (Bill) Dishon. Mrs. Raynard was a former clerk at Leeser's Cadiz Market and involved with the former Drummond United Methodist Church and the former E. Market St. Church of Christ in Cadiz Surviving are four sons, George D. Raynard (Addie) of Cleveland, David M. Raynard of Phoenix, James A. Raynard and Paul J. Raynard, both of Cleveland; four grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and four sisters, Betty Hopkins of Westerville, Gloria Horton (Jack), Goldie Barrett and Dorothy Henthorn, all of Cadiz; and a sister-in-law, Vera Dishon of N. Canton. Friends may call Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, 172 S. Main St., Cadiz, Ohio, where funeral services will be held Tuesday at1:00 p.m., with Paul Giffin officiating. Burial will follow at Cadiz Union Cemetery.
