Nellie L. Roe, 68, Cadiz, died Saturday, March 1, at Weirton Medical Center. She was born July 4, 1934 in Steubenville, a daughter of the late Charles and Mabel Payne Easlick. She was a member of the Bethel United Methodist Church, was a Stanley Home Products Distributor, and was the owner and operator of Bargar's Florist in Cadiz. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Roe in 1998, and by a granddaughter, Justina Elerick. Surviving are a son, James Elerick and his wife, Julie of Cadiz; 3 daughters, Donna Bland and her husband, Ronnie of Cadiz, Bonnie Miller of Deersville, and Tammy Carson of Cadiz; 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Nancy Walker of Cadiz, and Alice Cook of Jewett. Calling hours are Tuesday, 3-5 and 7-9 at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz, where services will be held Wednesday at 2:00 p.m., with Rev. Paul Hamilton officiating.
