Mary Tubaugh

Mary Ellen Tubaugh, 97, of Cadiz, died Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, Ohio. She was born April 11, 1914 in Adena, Ohio a daughter of the late Charles C. and Matilda Hendershott. Mrs. Tubaugh was a member of the Scott United Methodist Church and acitive in the Garden Club. She was the former owner/operator of the Cadiz Motel. She was preceded in death in addition to her parents, by her husband Paul Tubaugh; a daughter, Janet Greenwood; a sister, Kathryn Farms; and a brother, Charles Hendershott. She is survived by a daughter, Jeanne Tubaugh Propcheck and her husband Michael of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania; 3 grandchildren: Christopher Greenwood of Baltimore, MD, Jeffrey and Lindsay Propcheck both of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania. A memorial service will be held Friday, March 2, 2012 at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home , Cadiz at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Richard Hasley officiating. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family at Cadiz Union Cemetery. Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz in charge of arrangements.
