Marjorie Streley

Marjorie R. Streley, 92, of Hopedale, died Monday, September 1, 2003, at the Carriage Inn of Cadiz. She was born July 3, 1911 in Hopedale, a daughter of the late Edward and Jennie Fox Hall. She was a member of the Hopedale Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Forest Streley; a daughter, Twyla Writesel; 6 brothers, Pearl, Jess, Wes, Lloyd, Clarence and Charles Hall; 6 sisters, Faye Case, Lillie Calderhead, Cora Calderhead, Frances Case Jackson, Clara Richards, and an infant sister, Helen; 2 nephews, Clarence (Bus) Richards and George Richards; and 1 niece, Helen Bowman Davis. Surviving are a son, Carl Streley of Hopedale; 1 nephew, Donald Richards of Hopedale; 1 niece, Norma Kimmel, of Cadiz; 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 18 great great grandchildren; 11 grand nieces and grand nephews; 20 great grand nieces and great grand nephews; and several great great grand nieces and great great grand nephews. Friends may call Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz, Ohio, where funeral services will be held Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2003 at 3:00 p.m. with Dean Blythe officiating.
