Lorna Waller

Lorna Jane Waller, 55, Hopedale, died Wednesday, May 11, 2011 peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 4, 1955 in Martins Ferry, Ohio a daughter of Grace Hawthorne Grimes of Cadiz and the late Clarence Grimes. Lorna loved spending time with her grandkids and found lots of pleasure in tinkering around with anything she could get her hands on. Lorna was an amazing and strong woman who loved life. Her family will celebrate her life at her daughter Stacey Raber's house on Friday. She was preceded in death in addition to her father, by her grandparents, Clarence and Beulah Hawthorne and an infant granddaughter, Riley Raber. She is survived by her husband Steve Waller of Sherrodsville, Ohio ; 2 daughters: Stacey (Rob) Raber and Erin DeLucas all of Hopedale; 5 grandsons and one granddaughter; 2 brothers: Glenn Grimes of Cadiz and Larry Grimes of Georgetown; and 2 sisters: Judy Bowers and Rhonda Barcroft both of Cadiz. Calling hours will be held Friday May 13 from noon until time of funeral service at 2:00 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz with Rev. Ruby Foutz officiating.
