Lewis A. Reppart, 69 of Cadiz, died Wednesday, October 19, 2005 at his home. He was born February 3, 1936 in Cadiz, a son of Sarah Heinley Reppart Skinner of New Lexington, Ohio and the late Merwin Edgar Reppart. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict; a Life Member of the Cadiz American Legion, Post 34; a member of Cadiz FOE, Aerie 2162; and was a disabled American Veteran. He was a Mechanic and Truck Driver for A.B and L. Trucking and a Driller for R. & F. Coal Company. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Evelyn Carman Reppart; a son Robert (Dawnita) Reppart of Hopedale; four daughters, Sylvia (Wayne) Baker, Uhrichsville, Tracy Reppart of Cadiz, Denise (Darrel) Toole of Gnadenhutten, and Gerri (Jerry) Toole of Bowerston; seven grandchildren: a special grandson, Andy Seese, Anna and Robert Seese, Matthew and Kody Reppart, and Jeremy and Darnise Toole; three great grandchildren; four brothers, Stuart Reppart of FL, Kenneth Reppart of SC, Michael Heskett of TX, and Richard Skinner of New Lexington, OH; two sisters, Myrtle Ann Craig of New Lexington, OH and Sylvia Randolph of Bloomingdale. Friends may call Friday from 7-9 and Saturday from noon until time of funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home. Paul Giffin will officiate. Burial will follow at Cadiz Union Cemetery, where the Cadiz American Legion will conduct military honors. The Cadiz FOE will conduct services at 7:30 p.m. Friday in the funeral home.
