Lee R. Angle, 62, New Athens, died Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at his home. He was born April 13, 1947 in Maple Fork, West Virginia a son of the late Willie E. and Lettie Burns Angle. Lee was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School; worked for Ohio Machinery Company, Cadiz Branch for 35 years and was a veteran having served in the U.S. Air Force stationed at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tuscon, Arizona from 1966-1969. Lee was preceded in death in addition to his parents, by a stepdaughter Tammy Juriga. Lee is survived by his wife Mary Kathleen Culbertson Angle; 3 sons: Kenneth (Michelle) Angle of Lowell, Ohio, Tom (Carrie) Angle of Portsmouth, Virginia, and Albert (Roberta) Angle of New Athens; 2 stepdaughters: Tina Mann and Tanya (Jake) Kelly; 13 grandchildren; and a brother, Willie Angle of Nevada. Calling hours will be held Friday, January 1, 2010 from 2-4 and 6-8 at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz where funeral service will be held Saturday, January 2 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Pete Tuchek officiating. Burial will follow at Longview Cemetery, New Athens, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to New Athens V.F.D., c/o Tom Saffell, P.O.
