Kenneth Edgar Dodds

Kenneth Edgar Dodds passed Friday, May 10, 2024, at Weirton Medical center, after a brief illness. He was born August 23, 1935, to Edgar and Helen Dodds of Cadiz, Ohio, who preceded him in death in addition to two brothers, Raymond and Donald Dodds. 

Surviving are his beloved wife of 65 years, Doris along with their three sons, Edgar (Kay Sedgmer), Aaron (Janine) and Jim (Marsha), all of Cadiz, seven grandchildren; Angela (Joe) Gainey, Joey Dodds, Justin Dodds, Jordan Dodds, Ben Dodds, Katie (Tony) Sedgmer, and Abby Dodds, as well as three great-grandchildren Cadence, Jack and Elsie. 

Kenneth retired from Titanium Metals Corporation in September of 2000 after 33 years of service. He thoroughly enjoyed spending 21 of his 24 winters in retirement visiting his great friends and family in the Tampa Bay area of Florida.

Above all else, Kenneth cherished his time with his family and friends. He enjoyed playing games, attending several area county fair livestock shows and tractor pulls, and visiting with friends at area auctions. 

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 18^th, 2024, from 10:00-12:00 at Clark-Kirkland-Barr Funeral Home in Cadiz, Ohio. The funeral service will follow at 12:00p.m. with Pastor Bill Burris officiating. Burial will take place at Greenwood Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
