Julio Q. Poillucci, 79, of Hopedale, died Saturday at his home. He was born July 2, 1926 in Hopedale, a son of the late Frank and Aurora Agnitti Poillucci. He was a member of the Bethel United Methodist Church, and was a retired Coal Miner from Y. & O. Coal Company. He was a member of Unionport Lodge 333 F. Harrison Chapter 191 RAM; Cadiz Eagles, Aerie 2162; and the Hopedale American Legion. He was a monument salesman for Stevenson Memorials of New Philadelphia, and at one time sold and repaired televisions and appliances. He was an Army Veteran of WWII. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Rusty Poillucci; two brothers, Joe and Jim Poillucci; and by two sisters, Jean McMannis and Jilda Poillucci. Surviving are his wife Elizabeth I. ''Liz'' Poillucci; two sons, Jay Poillucci (Patti) and Ray Poillucci (Karen), all of Cadiz; a daughter, Kay Tipton (Jim) of Hopedale; ten grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and a sister, Joan Modolo of San Francisco. Friends may call Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz, where funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 28, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Rodney Bowers officiating.
