John E. Bowersock, 53, Williamsburg, Kentucky, died Thursday, January 2, in Corbin, Kentucky. He was born June 3, 1949 in Ohio a son of Velma Bowersock and the late Charles Bowersock. He is survived in additon to his mother of Moorefield are two children: John Jason Bowersock and Jamie Bowersock both of Dover; 2 brothers: Russell Bowersock and his wife Penny of Moorefield and Lucky Bowersock and his wife Sue of Canton; 4 sisters: Rosetta Bowersock of Canton, Ella Gill and husband Jim of Wichita Falls, Texas, Mary McWilliams and husband Wayne of Hopedale, and Penny Ferguson of Louisville, Ohio. Several nieces, nephews and other relatives. Calling hours are Sunday, 6-9 at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz where services will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. with Dean Blythe. Burial follows at Rock Hill Cemetery, Flushing, Ohio.
