Jerry R. Grim, 62, of Jewett, Ohio, formerly of Cadiz, Ohio, died Friday, April 18, 2003 at Harrison Community Hospital, Cadiz, the result of an auto accident. He was born April 16, 1941 in Jewett, Ohio, a son of Robert E. and Virginia Moore Grim, both of Jewett. Surviving, in addition to his parents, are his fiance, Tammy Harding of Jewett, Ohio; a daughter, Lorna England and her husband, Bill of Medina, Ohio; a son, Robert J. Grim and his fiance, Peggy Rutherford (and her son Caleb Rutherford), all of Trenton, Ohio; a sister, Janet Raber of Stow, Ohio; Joseph Mason of Miamisburg, Ohio and Sean Harding of Jewett, Ohio; a grandson, Logan Rogers of Medina; and nieces Laurie Kuhn and her husband, David and Jody Biggins and her husband, Michael: 2 great nieces, Jennifer Kuhn and Delaney Biggins, all of Columbus, Ohio; and many cousins. He was a graduate of Jewett High School and lived most of his life in Harrison County. He was a member of the Jewett United Methodist Church. He was Past Master of Harrison Lodge, 219, F. Past High Priest of Royal Arch Masons, Cadiz Chapter 171; member of Tuscarwas Council No 109; St. Bernard Commandry 51; the Jewett Sportsmens Club; Fraternal Order of Eagles, Aerie 3453 in Middletown, Ohio. Friends may call Monday from 4-9 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, where funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 22, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. William Westling officiating. Burial will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, Ohio. A Masonic Service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Monday in the funeral home. Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Sociey, the Oncology Department of Akron General Medical Center, or the Shriners' Children's Hospitals.
