James Clark

James E. Clark, 90, Deersville Ridge Road, Cadiz, died Thursday, December 6, at Harrison Community Hospital, Cadiz. Jim was born May 18, 1911 in Deersville, Ohio a son of the late Robert Clark and Clara Lukens Clark. He was retired from General Electric in 1973 and was a member of Minksville Church of Christ. He was preceded in death in addition to his parents, by his wife Irma Barrett Clark on June 26, 1989. He is survived by a son, Barrett Eugene Clark of Grove City, Ohio; 2 Daughters: Mrs. Willis (Alicia) Dowdle of Cadiz and Mrs. John (Brenda) Veley, Stone Creek, Ohio; 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 3 step great grandchildren; and 1 great great granchild. Calling hours are Friday, 2-4 and 7-9 at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz, where services will be held on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. with Evang. Robert Main officiating. Burial follows in Patterson Cemetery, Deersville, Ohio. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Minksville Church of Christ c/o John Jones, 35305 Jones Road, Freeport, Ohio 43973.
