Ivar Perkins

Ivar L. Perkins, 34, Cadiz died Friday, April 27, 2012 in the Emergency Room at Harrison Community Hospital the result of a motorcycle accident. He was born August 24, 1977 in Cambridge, Ohio a son of Ivar L. and Ruth Casterline Benedict Perkins, Sr. Ivar was an employee of Freeport Press and an avid demolition derby enthusiast. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Perkins. He is survived by, in addition to his parents of Germano, his fianc Cindy Gilmore of Cadiz; brothers and sisters: George Perkins of Germano, Bruce Benedict of Germano, Amanda Bailey of Nevada, Bud (Rachael) Benedict of Carrollton, Robert (Robin) Perkins of Hopedale, Nancy (Tim) Perkins of Pennsylvania, Will Saylor of Cadiz, Holly Saylor and numerous nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held Monday, April 30 from 6-9 at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz where funeral service will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. with Paul Giffin officiating.
