Helen Davia

Helen D. DaVia, 77, Cadiz, died Sunday, October 2, 2011 at her home. She was born July 31, 1934 in Flushing Township, Belmont County, Ohio a daughter of the late Stanley and Mary Kondys Sita. She was a member of Springdale Friends Church in Kenwood and a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband William Junior DaVia on April 16, 2010, 3 sisters: Sophie Bluntlander, Stella Taggart and Edna Punzak. She is survived by a son Jimmy (Jane) DaVia of Cadiz; a daughter, Barbara Fife of Cadiz; 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; a brother, Alex Sita of Florida; a sister, Anna Crawford of North Carolina. Friends may call Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz where funeral service will be held Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Allen Swinderman officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Hopedale, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to Valley Hospice, 10686 State Route 150, Rayland, Ohio 43943.
