Gladys Fogle

Gladys Fogle, 84, of Cadiz, formerly of New Athens, died Sunday, February 1, 2009 at Gables Care Center, Hopedale. She was born April 15, 1924 in Belmont, Ohio, a daughter of the late Willard and Bessie Neuhart Moore. Gladys was a Seamstress in the New Athens area for many years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Myron Fogle in 1984 and by a son, Richard Fogle. Surviving are two sons, Joseph (Linda) Fogle and Gary Fogle, all of Cadiz; six grandchildren, Scott, Shawn, Terry, Austin, Westin, and Abigail; 6 great grandchildren; two brothers, Jack Moore of Cadiz and Jim (Caroline) Moore of Galloway; eight sisters, Edith Taylor of Cadiz, Sara Harbin of Cambridge, Helen (Bill) Schmeltzenbach of Lowell, Connie (Ron) Enzweiler of Wilmington, Maxine (Sam) Segarra of Camp Hill, PA, Eileen Friede of St. Clairsville, Susie Monosky of Powell, and Gloria Simpson of Orrville. Friends may call Thursday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz, where funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. with Paul Giffin officiating. Burial will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cadiz EMS, 254 East Market Street, Cadiz, Ohio 43907.
