Fay Butler

Fay E. Butler, 90, of Cadiz, died Friday, November 12, 2010 at Harrison Community Hospital, Cadiz, Ohio. She was born August 9, 1920 in Maine a daughter of the late Howard E. and Marion Frances Crooker LaMonde. She was a former member of the Garden Club, a homemaker and was a hospital volunteer in New Jersey. She was preceded in death in addition to her parents, by her husband John Butler and by an infant brother. She is survived by a daughter, Elizabeth Prasad Siripurapu of Steubenville; 3 sons: Brian Butler of New Jersey, Preston and Thomas Rogers; 5 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren, and a sister, Jane Patnode of Connecticut. Calling hours will be held Monday, November 15 from 6-8 at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz, where funeral service will be held Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. R.J. Leek officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Hopedale, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to the Harrison County Humane Society, P.O. Box 404 Cadiz, Ohio 43907.
