Ellen Ross

Ellen M. Ross, 75, of Flushing, Ohio, died Monday, May 19, 2003 at East Ohio Regional Hospital at Martins Ferry, Ohio. She was born March 30, 1928 in Harrison County, Ohio, a daughter of the late Carl and Mildred DeWalt Bolitho. She was a homemaker and a member of Ridge Presbyterian Church on Hanover Ridge near Scio. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son; a sister, Martha Boone; and her in-laws, Raymond and Mary Ross. Surviving are her husband, James F. Ross, Sr.; 3 sons, Robert Grimes and his wife, Barb of Amsterdam, Jim Ross, Jr. and his wife, Cheryl of Zanesville, and Eugene Ross and his wife, Jennifer of Flushing; 5 daughters, Mrs. Rodney (Betty) Moore, Zanesville, Mrs. John (Jean) White, Flushing, Mrs. Bud (Mary Kay) Holle, Scio, Mrs. Bill (Pam) Cecil, Newark, and Mrs. Mark (Janet) Eckley, Scio; 21 grandchildren; 29 great grandchilden; 9 sisters; and 2 brothers. Friends may call Wednesday, 2-4 and 7-9 at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, 172 S. Main St., Cadiz, where funeral services will be held Thursday, May 22, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Jack Visser and Rev.
