Eleanor A. Stewart, 94, of Cadiz, died Monday, August 29, 2011 at Gables Care Center, Hopedale, Ohio. She was born May 23, 1917 in East Liverpool, Ohio a daughter of the late George H. and Bertha Faulk. She was a graduate of Miami University with a B.S. degree in Education and was a member of Delta Delta Delta Sorority. She taught in the East Liverpool, Beaver Local and Cadiz school districts. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Cadiz and was the retired co-owner/operator of Cadiz Dry Cleaners. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Milton H. Stewart; 2 sisters and a brother. Surviving are two sons, Terry (Sue) Stewart of Cadiz and Sam Stewart of Massillon; three grandsons: Damon (Jerri), Devin (Erica) and Shane; and a granddaughter, Shannon; two great grandchildren: Jonas and Olivia. Friends may call Saturday, September 17 from 1:00 p.m. until time of a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz, with Rev. R.J. Leek officiating. At her request her body was donated to science. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cadiz VFD, North Main St., Cadiz, OH 43907 or the Harrison County Military Support Group, 231 North Main St., Cadiz, OH 43907.
