Edna Wilson

Edna M. Wilson, 97, of Cadiz, died Monday, February 6, 2012 at Gables Care Center, Hopedale. She was born March 7, 1914 in Holloway, Ohio, a daughter of the late Ellis W. (Burt) and Truth E. Thwaite Hunt. Mrs. Wilson was a member of the Moorefield United Methodist Church and a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold C. Wilson in 1995; a daughter, Donna Graves; and six sisters and two brothers. Surviving are a daughter Patricia and her husband, John Mattern of Cadiz; seven grandchildren, Marc and Carla Mattern, Cheryl and Steve Tartaglione, John and Penny Mattern, Lisa and Eric Marinacci, Pam and Randy Gillaspie, Debbie Duke and Jeff Hartnett; and a number of great grandchildren. Friends may call Thursday, 3-6 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz, where services will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. R.J. Leek officiating.
