E.G. ''Eve'' Beveridge, 88, of Cadiz, Ohio, formerly of St. Albans, West Virginia, died Thursday, May 29, 2003 at her home. She was born in St. Albans, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Clarence and Lilly Adkins. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Cadiz. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alexander (Joe) Beveridge in 2000; a grandson, Gregory Jacobs; and brothers and sisters: Richard, Alvin, Martha, Eck and Orie. Surviving are a daughter, Mary Burdett of Cadiz; three grandsons, Steven Andrew Jacobs of Cadiz, Bradley Jacobs of Scio, and Rodney Jacobs of Marysville, Ohio; two granddaughters, Deborah Davis of Georgia and Crystal Jacobs Sayre of Cadiz; fifteen great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; a sister, Mary Rollins and a brother, Boone Adkins, both of St. Albans, West Virginia. Main St., Cadiz, Ohio, Saturday, May 31, 2003 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Additional Visitation is at the Bartlett-Chapman Funeral Home, 409 Sixth Ave., St. Albans, West Virginia on Friday, June 6, 2003 from 7-9 p.m., where Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Griffith Cemetery, St. Albans, West Virginia.
