Doris Ward

Doris Ann Ward, 69, of Hopedale, Ohio, died Sunday at Gables Care Center, Hopedale, Ohio. She was born March 23, 1932 in Hopedale, a daughter of the late Robert and Martha Kersey. She was baptized at the Hopedale Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George William ''Bill'' Ward in 1991. Surviving are 3 sons, Rick and Gene, both of Hopedale and Bill, Jr. of Macedonia; 4 daughters, Mrs. Bruce (Sharon) Wade of Unionvale, Mrs. John (Sue) Blawut of Hopedale, Mrs. Bill (Debra) Decker of Marysville and Rhonda Anderson of Hopedale; 15 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 5 sisters, Hilda Snyder and Roberta Pratt, both of Hopedale, Janet Silvia of California, Shirley Gross of New Philadelphia, and Sue Crisco of Delaware, OH. Friends may call Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2002 from 2-4 and 7-9 at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, where Funeral Services will be held Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. with Dean Blythe officiating.
