Constance Lee "Connie" Fulton, 73, of Cadiz, died Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at Trinity Medical Center, West in Steubenville. She was born December 16, 1940 in Wheeling, WV, a daughter of the late Charles Wiley and Viola Estelle Rogers Fulton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Sandy Shaw Fulton. Connie was a retired Texas Peace Officer with the Tarrant Co. Sheriff's Department in Ft. Worth, Texas, where she also had worked as a Corrections Officer. She was a former employee of the Scio Pottery Co. and attended Asbury Chapel United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Harrison County Genealogical Society and was active in the Cadiz Civic Club. Surviving are her brother, Charles Roger Fulton; a nephew, Charles Raymond Fulton, both of Cadiz; two grand nephews, Dakota Austin and Cameron Raymond Fulton; a grand niece Kristina Nichole Fulton; a great grand nephew; and several cousins, including Lana Dunlap of Cadiz, Donna Butterfield of Oneida and Bill Rogers of Columbus. Friends may call Friday, 2-4 and 6-8 at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz, where services will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Jon Little officiating.
