Clyde L. Williams, Jr., ''Cutty'', 86, of Cadiz, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, August 31, 2008 at the Carriage Inn of Cadiz. He was born June 9, 1922 in Cadiz, a son of the late Clyde and Elizabeth Davis Williams. The retired owner of Clyde Williams Hauling, Mr. Williams was a member of the Hopedale American Legion and the Cadiz VFW. He owned Standard Bred horses and was a member of the US Trotting Association. He was an Army Veteran of WW II. He was a member of St. James A.M.E. Church in Cadiz where he was baptized with the Lord. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Freida Mae West Walker in 2006; an infant brother; and a step-son, Eugene Fletcher. Surviving are his wife Jean Tyler Williams; four sons, Clyde Lester (Carmen) Banks of Cadiz, Clyde L. Williams, III of Smithfield; Larry C. (Regina) Williams of Cadiz; and Dale S. (Vanessa) Williams of S. Euclid; fifteen grandchildren; many great grandchildren; a brother, Charles Williams; two sisters, Margaret Christian and Betty West, all of Cadiz; five step-children, Allen Blanchard of Bridgeport; Sandra Taylor of Cadiz; Gary Blanchard of Flushing; Bonnie Patterson of St. Clairsville; Bill Blanchard of Cadiz; and Larry Blanchard of Michigan. Friends may call Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. at St. James A.M.E. Church in Cadiz, with Rev.
