Belinda Carter

Belinda M. Carter, 61, of Westlake, passed away Sunday, November 14, 2021 at St. John in Westlake, Ohio. She was born May 12, 1960 in Bellaire, Ohio a daughter of Aubrey Keith Carter and the late Janice Mae Richards.

She attended Avon High School and Lorain County Community College where she obtained a degree in marketing. She worked as an office manager at West Roofing Co. In her spare time she enjoyed crafting, sewing and reading. Her favorite author was Agatha Christie.

She was preceded in death, in addition to her mother; by her grandparents: Lumly and Freda Mellott, Aubrey and Betty Carter and brother Edward Alan Carter.

Surviving in addition to her father Aubrey Keith Carter (Camellia) from Booneville, MS, brother John L. Carter (Penny) from Fromberg, MT and sister Virginia K. Wesebaum (David) from Sheffield, OH and aunts and uncles, cousins, multiple nieces and one nephew.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at Longview Cemetery, New Athens with Rev. Pete Tuchek officiating. The family is being assisted by Clark-Kirkland-Barr Funeral Home, Cadiz, Ohio.
