Allan Merryman

Allan Merryman, 67, Hopedale, died Friday, June 08, 2012 at his home. He was born January 26, 1945 in Duncanwood, Ohio a son of the late Leonard and Enid Patterson Merryman. Allan was a great sportsman and loved his cats. He was preceded in death in addition to his parents, by a brother Lewis Merryman and a brother-in-law, Les Orr. He is survived by his wife Donna Faye Moreland Merryman; 2 daughters: Anne L. (John) May of Lisbon and Cherie L. (Ron) Kail of Dennison; 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; his father-in-law Herbert Moreland of Cadiz; 2 sisters: Ellen Orr and Shirley (Harold) Rogers all of Cadiz; his good friends, Keith and Jayne Wallace of Cadiz; and a number of nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held Monday, June 11, from Noon until time of service at 2:00 p.m. at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home, Cadiz, with Rev. Pete Tuchek officiating. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family at Hines Cemetery, Cadiz, Ohio. The memorial guestbook may be signed at www.clark-kirkland.com.
